Your interests, desires, goals, hopes and dreams are the starting point for coordinated career pathways, taking what you find fulfilling, seriously. Starting from what you have identified as a goal or objective, the CCP service comes alongside you and looks ahead to your future.

We believe that everyone has an important and necessary contribution to make during their lifetime. We value your unique contribution, talents, and dreams that each person brings with them each day. We want to be part of the support system that allows and encourages your contribution to be made, your talents to flourish, and your dreams to be fulfilled, so that you can thrive.

Career Pathway Navigator

Your Navigator applies a person-centered approach to provide individualized and targeted supports to help you create and navigate your own career pathway to competitive integrated employment (CIE) in a way that incorporates the cultural background of you and your family.

If you’re not sure whether you are ready for competitive integrated employment, that’s okay. Your Navigator can also help you think and learn about:

  • career exploration

  • community engagement and integration

  • postsecondary education, vocational training

  • internships and or other work experiences (volunteering, temporary work, part time paid work)

  • supported employment (job preparation, search, placement, coaching)

  • technology assistance

  • self-employment or microbusiness launch

  • benefits education and analysis (SSI, food assistance, housing)

  • transportation

  • financial empowerment and savings

  • something else not listed here

Customized Employment Specialist

Your second team member, is The Specialist. After you and your Navigator have discovered, learned, planned, assessed, and they have supported you in discovering your talents, what makes you beautiful and unique, and you are ready for competitive integrated employment, the Specialist gets involved.

Your Specialist assists you in securing a job tailored to your unique talents, skills and interests that matches the needs of an employer.

Your Specialist is providing 1:1 customized employment (CE) services to you and the future employer, which includes discovery, job search planning, job development and negotiation, placement support, and post-employment support. 

Your Specialist is ready to provide you with a person-centered and multi-strategy approach for achieving competitive integrated employment (CIE) or self-employment.
