LAHH, a 501c(3) nonprofit organization, offers employment and career opportunities to people with disabilities since 2008.
Our mission is to create and maintain job opportunities for people with disabilities in order that they might develop, express, and apply their talents through their work and in their communities.
We have found that employment, coupled with training before and during employment, within a supportive work environment helps each person to discover, use, and improve their talents, their desire for creativity, and ultimately for knowing and becoming more themselves. This approach has also shown to be linked with longer career experiences, i.e. maintaining the job.
